Euro Quality Lambs is Red Tractor Farm Assurance - Lamb approved (RTFA - www.redtractor.org.uk); demonstrating a high level of traceability, food safety, animal welfare & environmental protection.

We continue to develop ever closer links with our suppliers; working with them to ensure a supply of premium quality products which we can then process to our exacting standards. We work on these relationships in order to reach our overall aim – meeting our customers’ exact requirements.

We have an active producers club whose membership is continually increasing. Having direct links with producers enhances food traceability systems and enables us to ensure that our suppliers are working towards the extremely high standards as set out under independently audited farm assurance schemes.

Euro Quality Lambs Limited is export certified, meeting stringent European standards and controls for the processing of both lamb and ewe carcasses. All slaughtering is carried out under full-time supervision of a Veterinary officer, as well as the Meat Hygiene Service. We carry out halal slaughter in accordance with strict Islamic rites.
